Hello. I have a fish whose mouth has kind of disintegrated. It can't move it although still feeds at the moment. I've had this before over the last five years and eventually the fish can't feed at all and eventually dies. What usually causes this? Is it because they injure it on rocks or stones...

Hello..newbie here. I have just noticed a couple of my fish have the dreaded white spot. I have read up about it and bought King British Original formula ws3. Have anyone else used this..? Did it work? Any advice would be great. Or perhaps another product is better...thanks
