i was thinking about putting a shrimp or a snail in with my bettas, to help clean up any food that is left behind. is there any reason that i shouldn't?

i love them. i might end up getting a few more this weekend.

as of right now, yes they are. i have a farily good size plant (for the tank size), and a small rock cave thing they can swim thru. i have them sitting right here on my desk, and i haven't noticed any type of skirmishes or anything. i'll try and post a few pics in a bit.

well, my name is Chris, and i just bought my first tkae in about 5 years. it's been a while. i've decided to go with something fairly easy. i have a 2 gallaon take with 3 female betta's, then i have a 1 gallon tank with a beautiful male betta. i'll be trying to pop in here now and then. thanks...
