school of six zebra dianos.. weekly 10% water change. in 55 gal tank ....apears to be one male and five females .....one female with tail nipped completly off...others are chasing each other an nipping at tails....have had dianos for three weeks and thay have never schooled......tank includes 2...

can some one please explain what i need to do, my zebra dianos are nipping each other tails.............one is completly gone
