Tried all types. Even tear up jave fern, which I understood, no fish touch

Hi Folks Having issues with my fish and plants they destroy.. Mainly Clown Loach & A large Bolivian Ram. Tend to destroy plants, strip them, cut them to bits, but dont tend to eat them. Have tried, lettuce , cabbage , all manner of greenery, peas etc, any ideas????
