I read that I should set up my tank and let it sit for atleast a day, but as I read more and more I am seeing two weeks, a month. I am so confused. Everywhere I read says something different. Drop them in, drip acclimate them...I don't know. I'm guessing I should take out the old rocks and...

Sorry, if this has already been answered. I am fairly new to aquariums. I have a 20 gallon that is at capacity and my kribensis cichlids laid eggs. I bought a 55 gallon that was used by a turtle. It has a lot of pebbles in it. Should wash out the whole tank and all the rock or what? I know...
