A lot of the fish that died did seem to do the "hanging" around as described in the information. Thanks - I will do some more research.

Compared to the other fish, the aggrssive one is a bit jerky when she swims. It's like shes quite intense and sort of angry - if that makes any sense?

She doesn't seem to flick or rub, she just seem to swim normally, as do the rest of the fish.

Some of them had bit's missing out of their tails and fins, they just got slow moving in the water and eventually died. I assumed that maybe they were dying from something, and while weak the other fish were nipping at them, but observing this guppy I've got over the last few day she chasing...

She dosen't have any white spots. How can I tell if she's pregnant. I looked round the forum and saw some pictures of preganat guppies and she doesn't seem to be larger than the other two females.

Thanks - I have observed my guppies nipping the other fish. Does anyone know if there is some way I can calm them down with maybe the way I feed them or something?

Sadly my black mollie died today - she had no tail left. I've now only got five fish left. Does anyone know if guppies can be a bit vicious?

Update:- I've just got home to find my black mollie has hardly any tail left. Could it be the guppies ganging up on the other fish? They seem fine and I have four of them - three females and a male

I've just done another water test:- Amonia:- 0 Nitrite:- 0 Nitrate:- Somewhere between 12.5-25 My nitrate does seem to be going up. But my black mollie is looking a bit pale and has a chunk missing out of it's tail.
