I got these tiny white worms on the glass of my hospital tank. I've tried 75% water changes followed by anti white spot or slime velvet treatment or fungus treatment nothing gets rid of them. I have a wee crab and shrimp in there and don't want to strip the tank back to scratch. Any ideas?

I know its not brave but i flush my really sick ones. Have you considered this?
