do you have any nitrates at all? Ammonia is 0 and that is good, because that means that the nitrosomonas bacteria is pretty much done establishing itself, if you have any readings of nitrates, then that means the nitrobacter bacteria is just starting to grow. Are you using test stripes or a liquid test? Test stripes can be very inaccurate sometimes. A change in ph can be caused by the introduction of something to the water, some rocks can do this after 24 hour of being in the tank.
