Hi, thanks for the advice. Was wondering, is the best thing to do now, empty the tank, clean everything and start again?

Have brought a tropical fish tank set up, approx 28ltr tank. Set the tank up as advised, added the 'aqua cycle' and 'aqua pure' as advised. The tank has been in place for 6 weeks! Finally told the water was ready. Added 3 neon tetras. Dead within 24hrs!!! What on earth do I do now in order to...
