Biological debris? I do not have any live plants in my tank. Where would the debris come from? Do you know the name of the device which will skim the surface? Should I purchase a different filter system?

Thanks for the reply. The container that I am using is dedicated and I have not used soap in it. Also, I make sure that there is nothing on my hands or arms when going into the tank. The bubbles are more like a foam. Does anyone know if there is something that I can use to eliminate this...
