After i have left the bogwood in boiling water for 24 hrs when i put it back in the tank will the water not turn a funny colour anymore?

thanks for replies. went to fish shop today and was told that it could possibly be the bogwood in the tank as when i bought it i never left it in boiling water so the die will run in the tank. ive took out the bog wood and will change tank water tomorow. fingers crossed. also does anybody know...

i have had my tank running for about a month now and the water is a dirty yellow colour. i do frequent water changes and change the filter media but after a day the water always goes back a yellow colour
