Any idea what would of caused this or what the fish might have? I'm ammusing poor water conditions is the cause, but what can I do to improve it based on my readings I gave above?

Take it out to avoid spreading disease to the other fish or so that the other fish don't bother her? I don't have another tank to separate them. By putting her in a container, wouldn't that be worse for the sick fish as they wouldn't have the proper air, etc.? I don't think she has a bent...
