It's just the way she is laying in the picture. Her legs are not long and straight. She does have a flat face. She is absolutely a peke. She is not show quality therefore does not have the really long hair.

Thank you! Yes, she is VERY Spoiled, But she should be. Our neighbor brought her to us at midnight one night before christmas last year. The people that used to have her kept her in a house with a (HUGE!) Bull Mastiff. They decided to keep the Bull Mastiff, and not her. I just don't see how...
