i have just ordered these 2 products from ebay. can you tell me when to use them and how much.

I Have an irstone in on full power, it has always been on full power. I changed 25% of the water this afternoon when i came back from work. and added 20 drops of kings british bacterial control, i put the cucumber under a rock and he was practically lying on top of it and he wasnt bothered...

he seems to be floating around the top now, so i put some food and the cucumber next to him, but he just ignored it.I havent got any meaty food to give him. I dont think he is interested in eating anything,i am very worried.

can you tell me how to add pictures, i tries uploading a couple but it said it was larger than the available space. he is not eating at all i put some cucumber in yesterday and it is floating on the top. i think it is skinny disease because you can see his bones on his head. please help me.
