if in any of the pics i could find of the pictus cat it was black i would say it is definatly that species it says they only grow to around 6" as well

Nice tank and probably suitable for all the fish apart from the plec, the plec can reach and often does over 15 inches, thats actuallt wider than that tank and may casue him/her problems while turning. ideally 5x2x2 is ideal bigger better but 4x2x2 bare minimum for that plec what do you...

The catfish, whichever species it may be will stack on fish it can fit in it's mouth weather he eats other foods or not, i am still confused by what fish you have got and what fish you havent got?, you have to pics of plecs... how many plecs are in the tank and what size tank is it? Big black...

he looks jet black but as i said i havent seen much of him , about 5-6 " long with simmilar size whiskers , quite slender look
