He’s moved. But on the bottom. Literally got a net to see if I could move him. Went up for air then popped to a different bottom section of the tank. There only 6 tetras in the 100litre tank and him. Does it look like he has fin rot or is he all good?

Hi - thanks for your reply! I use a JBL chemical testing kit. No2, No3 and PH are all in the green section on the chart and I test every other day. My water is at 25 degrees. Water change 20/30% on a weekly basis. Fed every evening but not too much. I’ve attached picture too.
