So I was giving my living room a thuro cleaning Wed & I found my missing betta... on the floor next to a vent about a foot from the tank all dried up... So I'm not sure who/what was the white "fish skeleton" I found... Everyone is now accounted for except for ottos, but I can barely find them on...

5 female bettas, I wanted to add a couple livebearers... I've tried guppies once and they were fine with my male up to a group of 4 then they went after my male betta and he was rehomed... I'm not sure if they'll do it to my girls or not, but I don't want to rehome again...

It's a 30 gal tank that's not filled all the way at this time... I actually had a caualty the other night when I got home... One of the girls had been hiding to the point of having to search for 10-15 min for her to still not find her, then I'd find her a couple min later... Well the other night...

So I finally got my girl (brown with yellow fins) some sisters! A dark purple with black head, a white with red fins, and a blue with black head that shines green (looks teal)... No problems the first 15 minutes, then the bickering started... So upsetting, I spent a long time at the store...

Does it make a difference to the danios if they'd been kept that way the time they were at the store or they'd be kept that way their whole lives?

I've noticed my zebras blue stripes fade to barely blue to a very dark bright blue. They change on a regular basis, but there doesn't seem to be any pattern to it. Day or night, fed or hungry, lights on or dark. Just curious if anyone else has ever noticed their zebras changing colors? I've had...
