    dont worry about the holes male kribs are very defensive over brooding sites and you will probably find that he will move them anyway the flowerpots are best laid down sideways and partially burried with some planting to help guard the enterance hope this helps

    hi just a thought but there are quite afew different strains of pelvicachromis are you sure both are true kribensis as this can and has happened .fish such as tienatus and subocelaris often get confused with pulcher especially the females and if this is the case they will show off to one another...
