Im in australia so i dont realy need a heater and the tank has benn set up for one day how large is a gal ??

i have a new tank not very big just a small bowl (about two Computer Mouses wide) in it i have 1 Bristle Nose / Ancistrus Pleco and 3 Neons (Not the Black ones) is this a ok size tank for the fish. and will the Pleco be ok by its self the tank aso has a few rocks and a fake tree. ??? THANKS...
