Do I treat the whole tank with this or do I give baths? I have shrimp and snails but if they are normally on everything Ill take them out

Are there any medicines that I could at least try? or tips? I just gave all of them a methylene blue and salt bath. It seems to be calming the fish down a little bit and also made them poop. One of them has whitish poop.
