Just wanted to update that the lumps are gone today and the belly is smooth again. I'm guessing either she had eggs or, looking back, I had just given them some frozen brine shrimp before I noticed the lumps, maybe she ate too much? Regardless, everything seems to be fine now!

I have noticed that one of my glowlight tetras has an oddly-shaped abdomen with two points on the bottom, but symmetrical side-to-side. The fish otherwise acts normally, eats well, and doesn't show any other lesions or signs of disease. I am not sure if these are possibly lumps due to eggs, or...
