Hello all! I have a dwarf gourami and a gold tiger 3 spot and I am wondering if they can successfully breed? I have a 55gal tall show. tankmates are 2 mollies, 1 cherry raspbora and 2 guppy/minnow unknowns that are translucent.

My tank is 36 and a half long 17inches tall and 14 and a half deep.

Oh man....I had a ten gallon go green soup on me...tryed everything, blacking out the tank, chemical additives....massive water changes...all I can say is, nothing worked so I stripped it and started over again. I now only do 10 hours of light a day. Hasn't happened again.

Okay I have a 45 tall with 1 8 inch plec, 1 dwarf ruby gourami, 2 mollies, 3 cherry rasboraS, and 3 oddball minnows, oh and 1 black skirt tetra. My test kit says I have between 0 and 20 nitrate no nitrite 7.2 ph and 80 alkalinity and like 400 hardness. Is that good? Everybody seems happy. Oh and...

How big of a water change and how often? This is my first big tank.I have been doing 5 gallons a day. I also noticed that my fish seem to be happier without the charcoal and blue foam filters in. They seem brighter more vigorous and definitely more hungry. No flake food makes it to the bottom...

Hello I am new here but not to fishkeeping. I have a new 55gal tank that has a aqua-tech 30-60 power filter that has a screwy impeller. I can only run the bio-fiber filter because if I put in the charcoal filters it over flows down the intake tube. Tetra is sending me a new impeller assembly...
