I have owned a number of fish in my life. I have owned 3 bettas (counting Squib, my betta I have right now), some Tetras, danios and a snail. My current Betta, Squib is very funny to watch, he swims to the side of the tank when I go over to the tank, he knows when I pick up the his food container he's getting fed and he tries to swim into the side of the tank to get it. He also will sometimes swim up to the side of the tank and flare at me...until he realizes I'm not scared then he swims away and tries to look cool, like it never happened. LOL.
