Can kribensis’s live in a group or do they have to be split off into pairs?

hi! About a week ago I brought a male Kribensis and the female has finally accepted him and is now trying to show her coloured belly to him. The tank is due a water and filter change, will doing this upset the dynamic between my kribs?

These are the best I could get as he’s In his cave in my other tank at the moment so it’s hard to get a decent photo. And noted, I’ll buy some more decor to make it less open :)
