I’m not sure if it’s velvet or just his natural iridescence? I’ve been treating him for a bacterial fungal infection this whole time. Could he have had velvet all along?

Aquarium Details My betta has been dealing with this for about a month now. First there was parasites in his tank ( flukes ), that got better but then this weird white patch appeared on him along with one on his bottom fin after we got rid of the flukes. I’m not sure if it’s fungus, bacteria...
