lol :) i will just run both for a while until the new one matures

the new filter is a cartridge type and the old one is a foam/stone type so dont think i can change them over

thanks for that, its still running in my 25l tank and hasn't been out the water :)

At the moment i have a 25L tank with a few tropical fish, the filter is only good enough to do up to 25l, but i have just got a 60L tank and filter ect and was wondering if i needed to cycle the tank if i put both the new and old filter in the thank, obviously i could do fish in cycle and keep...
