My initial thread told you my carbonate was 300 and my pH 8.4. My Gh is 9 according to my test kit

Okay I have tested both my tank water and my tap water and both have carbonate and hardness levels about the same. I might consider getting a KH reducer and gradually introduce this if you think that's best. Thanks
