Hi, I recently picked up two tangs, one yellow one regal for my 75g tank and it seems they both have developed whitespot. The seem to be covered in tiny one dots. They have only been in the tank for 4 days so do I leave them for a couple more days to see if they fight it or do I treat it now...

Hey, Ive got too chalk gobies in my tank and for the first day they were fine. Now I only ever see one! Every time the other, slightly smaller, one comes out he gets chased back behind the rock. Anything I can do to help him out?? Cheers Martin

Ok ignore my stupidity wording in my last post. I have no brace bar in my tank I just have the light I bar across the top... As for lighting I may have a chance to pick up a 4 x T5 unit for cheap. Whats the limitation of that with my setup? Am I limiting myself to the less light dependent corals??

Maestro where did you pick that up from? The black brace bar on mine can be removed. It is only used to hold the 2 flourescent bulbs that are there. As for the live rock I know 25kg isnt enough and Im hoping to add another 10kg this week but budget is holding me back on the LR front until next...

Thanks all :D Well Im off to pick up 40lb of live sand and 20lbs of non-live sand tonight and Ill hope to get fish after this weekend :) With live sand will it not cause another ammonia spike? To be honest I think Im going to leave the wet/dry running for now. Ill be looking to invest in more...
