My problem is that my heater doesn't heat the tank at all. I bought a $20 heater and within 3 days it broke. I left it on all the time thinking it would know when to heat and when not to heat. The heater worked for those three days (very well, i might add)...then all of a sudden it stopped...

Sounds good. I think I'm just going to keep my Betta by himself at the moment...can't decide what to put in the tank. I put some feeder guppies in there just for fun, the Betta chased those little guys for a while. I hear that they eat feeder guppies (smaller ones).

I was just wondering whay type of fish are compatible with Bettas? I just recently got a Betta and would like to have a few more fish in my 10 gal tank. I know Bettas like to live by themselves, but, are there any fish that can live in a safe environment with my Betta? I was thinking about...
