Ok thank you, i will keep changing the water at least twice a day. I got some more plants to put in the tank today to see if that helps.

hi i am using api stress coat it says it cleans the water and helps unhealthy fish. i clean my gravel arounf once a week. i am planing on changing to sand this weekend and taking all the water out of the tank then refiling is this ok to do as it would just be like a 100% water change? cheers
