Only when I touch the plastic cup I put it in, it wiggles around really weirdly, and then it just hangs off the top of the water still, like in the picture. e.

I care more about the weird thing in the middle of the picture, the parasite looking thing that came off of it, that's what I want to know about, the fish has no outer signs of any damage, or anything.
