I'm not sure what it was, but he's all better now. He is hiding during the light, and swimming and eating when I feed. It seems like after I added that one decoration and performed the water change, he got better. Thank you all for your help!

Yes I did, and he's too scared to eat from my hand. I know they look like small scratches, but once you look harder you can see white puffs on them. I think I'll leave him be for a bit longer until deciding to medicate him.

Platy's are meant to be in groups of 6 or more. When they are in larger groups, they aren't as shy. What's your tank size? Are they eating when you feed?

Well I have other fish in the tank, but none that would do anything.. I have 7 cardinal tetras, an Angel that hasn't bugged any fish and 4 roseline sharks. Also a pictus catfish that's very small. So you think my best bet is to just try to make the water better, etc? Maybe I'll try to hand feed...
