the store already tested it the ph level is 7 and they said its high in nitrates and to change the water 3 times a week for the next 2 weeks and to add bacteria - what im asking is why the other fish are kinda hanging around the top?

I dont know :-( im sorry im only new to this and when i changed the water the fish seemed ok - now they all floating to the top :( im worried - i brought some antibacterial stuff and added 2 teaspoons when i changed the water - what else can i do? if anything

im not sure but the guy at the store said the ph level was 8 - the tenpoerature at the moment is 26.25

Hi I have a unusually high level of nitrate in my tank - its 2 weeks old and we put in some guppies and danrios - all the danrios have died - what am i doing wrong? I have changed 30% of the water - was this the right thing to do? :byebye:
