How do you know if it gets an infection? I use stress coat to take some of the chemicals out of the tap water.

Any ideas whats up with this poor fishes eye? Its got a big clear bubble round it and its kind of whitish compared to the other eye.. have tried to add a pic (hope this works) You can see the one good eye and the edge of the bubble, the woman delivered them for me, said it must have banged it...

Just done a water change on them both, added stress coat because my water is wretched at the moment.. coming out cloudy.. dont even want to drink it myself let alone give it to the fish.. not 100% sure about either tank at the moment.. :(
