Does anyone what type these are please? I have researched and looked at pics and can't seem to find something that looks exactly the same. One swims upside constantly or just rest behind the filter pipe (most of the time) and the other never swims upside down but is constantly moving. Fairly new...

I have 165 litre tank with 4 guppies (3 female 1 male), 2 glass catfish, 2 angel fish, 3 Pakistani loach, and 5 bristle nose plecs. They all live very peacefully together as long as I move the ornaments about on water change days otherwise the angel fish get territorial. Not sure what to get...

I have just taken over son set up as he has lost interest. I had an internal filter, which needed the filters changed monthly and because of Corona i couldn't get them without being ripped off. I wasn't too sure which external filter to get and whether I would get on ok with it. So went cheap...

I just got an external filter. And the brackets fit perfectly through the holes at the back of the hood.

That's the assumption I was going by bigger and fatter are females. I will do water changes daily and see what happens. I just feel sorry for her she looks like she about to explode and just swimming to the surface is tiring for her. Thanks for your advice will keep you updated.

Thank you, hopefully I will learn a thing or 2. Yes I believe she is a female I have 3 loaches 2 quite big and one a little smaller. Is there a definite way of sexing them. Both the bigger ones appear to be getting rounded bellies. Sorry for my naivety I will learn.
