does anybody else see the glaring contradiction between looking after our fish (which is what I hope we all want to do here) and keeping them scared?

I couldnt watch most of it, but am assuming it had to tear the goldie up to eat it :-( Even if it needed to be done like that what kind of pleasure can sombody get from watching it?

Well I firmly believe that since the fish was in your care you should have provided for its basic needs and not just let it suffer, just because something is going to become a meal dosen't mean that there should be total disregard for its quality of life, I can't believe you just let that happen...

Sounds pretty cruel to me, you still had a duty of care to that fish

The little endlers are so cool, and they seem very popular on ebay it looks like the majority of fish on ebay are endlers lol, but postage is so much higher then the costs of the fish and most of them are only fry :( So I was wondering.. why do none of the fish shops sell these little guys? It...

In answer to the original question, why not just have all male or all female groups?
