If it is possible what are y'all's opinions on what sex it could be ?

I have a 20 gallon standard size aquarium with lots of anubius and a red tiger lotus and some java Fern and some hornwort for fish I have a female Betta and a super red bristle nose pleco and some sterbai, albino and peppered corydoras and a few octocinclus catfish

It's a floating Betta log he's on the bottom of it in the picture.

I ordered a bristle nose pleco on eBay and the website says Friday which I won't be home but it says it's in Dallas and I live in Cleburne Texas.so I'm hoping it comes tomorrow which I will be home .but if it doesn't how long will it survive outside in the lower 90s say about 91?
