I've been cycling my tank now for 5 months. I still have .5 ammonia and .25 nitrite. I've dosed it with seachem stabilizer. After that didn't work i used instant ocean bio spira.

Yesterday i got a domino damsel and a 4 stripe damsel. I went over to a friends house and when i came back the domino was dead. I want to know what the problem is so it doesnt happen again.

This is common among large guppies that have recently given birth. a resting place might help them recover quickly.
