Yep that seems to work, gives me around 7.4/7.6 ish. I assume there's no problems with that mix? As I understand it the reason for mixing with tap water is because RO lacks minerals needed by the fish. Do you add anything else to it? I assume you just do tap water with a water conditioner...

Hi! I'm looking at possible ways to gradually lower my PH a bit at the moment as it's 8.2+. I figured I would do a test putting 50% 8.2ph tap water in a glass and mixing with 50% RO 6.4ph but it ends up with a ph of 8. Surely I should be seeing more of a drop?!?! What am I missing?
