Hey. i had some zoas posted to me but it was rather cold and most of them havent opened yet. is there anythin i can do to get them to open??

Im with Ski. Many Zoas dont open for a while after a long trip. Ive heard days, weeks, and months, so be prepared. There is not much you can do anyway, just have the ideal conditions for the Zoas, and hopeully within a few days they will start opening.

ok i'll wait and see. more and more open each day. some of the colonies havent open at all so we'll wait and see.

Good news! some more have opened today so hpefully by next week most of them will start opening

hi, zoa's are like that some may open straight away after only a couple hours from adding to your tank while some do take alot longer, patience is the key and try not to disturb them too much.

if you do notice any signs of slime develop on unopened zoa's/palys then by placing them in a good flow area will help them tremendously to clean up and open.
