bought my v2 600 a few weeks ago after the initial trouble of micro bubbles has sorted its self out i just have one query i empty my collection cup every day even thought is only got perhaps 20mm of gunk in it, when i empty it and scrub the collection cup clean with a toothbrush the next day the gunk seems to be more diluted or wet skimming but if i just pour the crap away with out cleaning the cup the gunk will be more concentrated but less of it, dry skimming, if you know what i mean. what do you guys suggest i be doin?

i'd sugest you stop getting paranoid! it will take a while to bed in, set the water level low on it and you will get a nice dry skim, i clean mine out every 3-4 days with about an inch of gunk in it

Lol, yeah. If you're getting skimmate, you're doing something right . If it aint broke, don't fix it
