I would say bargain, will need a cylinder of course (cheap on ebay maybe), but apart from that, has everything you need.

I've seen that at my lfs, but I'd rather get a larger tank going than the 20 oz. paintball bottle. I think that is a good idea for 10 gallons to maybe 55 gallons...
