Yes Yes, Applesnail's laying eggs!!

Wooohooo!! My P. Bridgesi (gold applesnail) has been caught laying eggs in my tank!! Yes!!

I'll keep you updated on their progress!!

Interestingly I was just commenting last week about not having had any eggs from my applesnails and a guy said to feed them blanched "beans and brocolli" well it certainly did the trick for my snails

I haven't really decided what to do with the blighters yet!! I am sure that if any members on the forum want them then I can post some out by "Snail Mail" !! gettit!! I'll get my coat

Any others I will take off to the fish store in the hope of getting some goodies B)

Trythe beans /brocolli if u want babies - maybe they have a secret ingredient!! A natural viagra or something

new brand of beans viagara ,lol put them some lettice in tonight,
it's still there hardly touched, shall try them on peas tomorrow,

how many do you have again? Is it two ?

I just leave the food in there till they eat it then add some more. It usually only lasts a day or so but then again that may be because I have:

P. Canulicata ! Eats anything that guy!! Hope he doesn't eat my snails eggs

i'v got 3 snails , they eat cucumber over night , but i take the lettice out
every day so it won't pollute the water,

I just leave my lettuce in perhaps its bad practise

i leave the lettice in but not the cucumber, this makes the water go cloudy

they've grown loads since i got them thik it's 2 weeks , just give them some more brocilli, straight to it, no eggs yet, lol
