I've attached a picture sorry its not great but it is the best i can get. It's stomach has a hole in it. It doesnt look a funny colour or anything but I have no idea what it is, It hasnt been fighting and there is no jagged pieces in the tank either.
The tank I bought 3/4 months ago, already set up with the gravel, water and fish and since then we have lost a few tetras and guppies and a pearl gourami but none had the same illness i don't think. I have an api liquid test kit the ph is 7.4, Ammonia is 0, Nitrate is between 10 and 20 and nitrite is 0
My tank is 100l it has a mix of 15 neon, black and glowlight tetras and 1 xray, 2 pearl gouramis and a plec. I am really concerned now and I think maybe the fish have some kind of infection as they've been slowly dying since we bought them. I do a 10-20% water change each night and have done since we bought it
