With the problems that I've had so far (self inflicted mind you) I was watching my Neons whilst having breakfast. I'm sure I was watching some kind of courtship ritual. Two neons were side by side and quivering and the next moment I saw something that looked like eggs to me, which were gobbled up by both the Neons and a Black Widow Tetra that was close by.
The other day I had noticed that a couple of the Neons were looking rather plump, two thoughts came to me, one was constipation and the other was eggs. Looks like it was eggs, as I saw the other plump Neon pop a couple of eggs and turned round to eat them - the Black Widows were having fun.
Just my luck, I have high nitrites and nitrates, doing all these water changes and my Neons popping eggs here and there. I thinks I'll chat me wife up for another tank
