Woudl it be possible to keep 2 Dwarf puffers and a betta in the same tank

I have a 30L biorb?

Im new to fish keeping, so I just want to get an idea of what fish I can get, so I can make the right choice for the fish.

Oh whoops, I forgot that they nip other squishes fins. my bad!!
