Yes, definitely. If you have managed to keep algae in check, then go for it !!! But if you are still battling an algae problem, then proceed with caution. You dont want to give your algae an upper hand do you?

I haave a 20h tank with a lot of plants.
What do I need for them?
I already have the special light.

How much light do you have? What kind of plants? What do you feed the plants at the moment?
Also how much nitrates are there in your tank?

Answers to these would help us give a better solution......

I'm guessing here, but if 20h means "high" or "hex", be aware that you frequently need a bit more light then you would for a regular shaped tank to compensate for the extra depth.
