Worm like things on glass

I have noticed some very small worm like things on the glas of both my tanks.

Any idea what they might be?

Are they a problem?

Are they white and real tiny? If yes, its probably planaria. They aren't harmful, but indicate overfeeding

They are white and about 3 - 5 mm long. I have been having a small amount of algae on the glass to. I will have to feed them a little less then, its just the food that I put in their now only lasts a few seconds (greedy danio's!!)

Sounds like planaria . Try starving your fish a few days, they'll polish off them worms.
