Will my plants be fine if I don’t trim them?

The 2 long plants are the camboba and rotala indica, I know you should trim plants to make them look nicer or if they get too long but my main concern is will it still thrive and survive if I don’t trim it and let it grow.

I love that look, but unfortunately at some stage you will need to trim. In your case I would cut the top off to the length you want and throw away the bottom part of the plant, or find another home for it, where it will re sprout.
