White spot on 2 Honduran red point babys

Is this hole in head, ick, or just battle wounds. The fish are about 2 or 3 months old. Just noticed that 2 out of the 18 in this aquarium have same mark on head

Battle wounds. They are growing up and trying to be murderers, juswt like Mom and Dad...

You are going to need very high water quality to keep those from becoming infected. It's time to start finding them homes.
